'Imo State Needs 20 University'- Okorocha Says

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has said that the state needs no fewer than 20 universities to take care of the teeming population of qualified JAMB applicants from the state who are yearly denied admissions because of certain unfavourable polices in Nigerian. The governor made the disclosure while speaking with the founder of the Lord's Chosen Church, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, who paid him a courtesy visit yesterday, at the Government House, Owerri, with other leaders of the church. Muoka was in government house to inform the governor that his church has come to establish a world-class university in the state. The governor who directed that land should be allocated to the church immediately for the purpose also gave the church the sum of N10 million to enable it to clear the site.
